It’s great to have multiple teams support a product. It’s not so great when customers get mixed messaging as a result. CreditWise — Capital One’s credit monitoring tool — was facing this challenge. It was time to establish a playbook to guide creative campaigns and dispel confusion.
One of my tasks was auditing all the previous executions to find what worked and what didn’t. I collaborated with marketing to make sure the correct messaging was being elevated. I helped develop a narrative to guide the design layout, and worked with legal to write and verify claims and disclaimers. It was a complex project that I handled with ease.
