Testimonials were the lifeblood of Square's acquisition efforts, but they were falling flat. They missed the opportunity to highlight real business stories. So we elevated Square testimonials by creating colorful narratives that breathed new life across eight different markets.
I developed interview questions, led interviews, established templates and set content hierarchies for payment testimonials. Working with design and marketing partners, I developed narratives that were compelling, human, and appropriate for every locale.
